Yes he should be punished. He is no different then anyone else on the street except that his dad is a famous wrestler. And about how much time he should do, at least some jail time and then go around to different schools and talk about being responsible behind the wheel and the consequences you could face if you don’t do so.

HELL YEAH HE SHOULD BE CHARGED! just because he’s a celebrities son shouldn’t give him the excuse to be able to race, or get away with anything, anymore then someone who isn’t related to someone who is famous… if he get’s charged with manslaughter then he gets charged for manslaughter! he should pay attention where he’s going and not be racing!

im pretty sure hell end up in jail its just a matter of low long, and that sentence will increase if his friend dies and/or the family puts a lawsuit against him

Vehicular manslaughter if the friend dies. Reckless driving at the minimum if he doesn’t. Hopefully he will go to jail for years. Rich and famous people get off from everything, so I’m sure he won’t even get a slap on the wrist.

Just another case of spoiled rich nothing kids getting off the hook for everything they do. He wasn’t drinking and driving was he? Anyways, I think his guilt for killing his friend will be a lot if not enough. Hope kids realize that driving like idiots hurts not only you or your friends, but other people on the streets as well. So many kids in southern Cali where I live have died because they think they can drive fast and are invincible to death. Also a lot of street bike deaths. Its sad.

He should have to be held responsible. If the guy ends up dying, I think he should do some jail time. If the guy is just seriously injured he should be responsible for all medical bills. And he should get his license taken away, and attend some sort of drivers instruction.

That’s what I think.. but what will happen? He’ll get probation at the most, MAY get his license taken away from him, and that’ll be the end. He has money, that’s all that matters.

Yes he should be punished ! he should be made to view bodies of crash vistims at the morgue, much like his stint with the baby doll to make sure he does not get anyone pregnant….

If he was racing someone at the time, and has had previous violations, he better serve time. The driver is responsible for the passengers safety.

He should have his license revoked and NEVER be allowed to drive again! If he’s caught driving, then he should be fined and put in jail. This should be done before he DOES kill someone. Why do people wait for a tradgety to happen before they fix it???

Well he was pulled over three times by three different cops all in less than 1 hour. all three of the cops let him go. So i think not only should nick be punished i think the police officers who let him go should lose their jobs. They could have prevented this accident from happening

we all make mistakes its human nature. But there are such things as morals. I think nick knows what he did was wrong. It’s still inexcuable. I’m still a fan of his though
