U have a good point. Nice too see that someone keeps up with history. TNAFutureofWrestling, In the later years of WCW, Bishoff and hogan were lets say not pushing talent. But you r right it was entirely Hogan’s and Bishoff’s fault but they were a big part of it. Look in TNA and tell me what u see, I see Steiner, I see Sting, I see Angle, I see AJ Styles, but most importantly I hear Steiner going around saying that nWo is back. Tell me my friend, what did they do to WCW?

The ear thing….the posing, that is all Hogan. Wrestling back then was not like it is today. They didn’t have people in suits telling the wrestlers what to do every minute that they were out there. What I said about trademarks is that there is no trademark on what Hogan can do, therefore, he can do anything. It would be like Vince telling the Rock he can no longer do the raised Eyebrow anywhere, not in public, not in any movies he does.
My guess is that you are not older then 20 years old and that you probably didn’t watch wrestling back then. To say Hogan did nothing is ridiculous. He carried the WWF on his back for years. He worked a schedule that would make guys today go crazy. Back then, they had house shows just about every night. There is a reason why he got 10 minute standing ovations when he came back. Hogan was all ready popular in AWA and was all ready using the AMERICAN MADE gimmick when VInce brought Hulk back.

Vince doesn’t own the trademark on that. That would be like telling Paul McCartney he is not allowed to sing any beatles songs in concert. Both Hogan and Vince agree that they needed each other. Hogan had the charisma, he had the mic skills and he had the ability to draw the fans into his matches. An idea is only as good as it’s performer.
Google Adam Copeland on Steroids….you will see that he and several other wrestlers were investigated for Steroid use.

What I want to know is why Hogan is stubborn on taking on the WWE. Hell Vince McMahon put him in the WWE hall of fame. When he comes out I would like for him not use any of the propoganda that Vince fed to the fans for years. Meaning he can’t use the his Hulk Hogan stage name, he can’t use the word hulkamania/maniacs, can’t do the hand to ear gestures and other stuff. Then we will see how far it can go.
Vince has no respect at all for any other company and will do everything he can to try and show the world this.
Sure christian got the ecw title but is that good? The show is a joke and so is the belt.

Hulk Hogan didn’t do shit other than pin the Iron Sheik. it was vinnie macs idea to put the title on hogan, it was vinces idea to use the american hero gimmich, it was vinces idea to do it all. it was vince who truly found a no talent musician and made wrestling.
