If John Graziano didn’t get as injured as he did, as an active duty Marine, he himself would have been nailed by the Uniform Code of Military Justice, as a 22 year old man, he should have showed more responsibility in his association with a minor.
that lawsuit was a joke. i understand the pain the family of the injured guy went trough, but this lawsuit was a way of blameing someone else. he shouldve used a seatbelt. and that is not the hogans fault. he shouldnt been nicks passenger, but that isnt nicks fault. the only thing you can blame nick for is reckless driving
